Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

If you change your mind, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund:

• The item must be unworn and unused.
• It must be returned in its original condition.
• The original shoe box, dust bag and any packaging must be included and undamaged.
• The item must not show any signs of wear or damage.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method if the return meets the above conditions.

• Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
  
• We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning items.
  
• Items that have been worn, damaged, or returned outside the 14-day return period may not qualify for a refund.
